Sunday, my TV quit and I needed a new bulb. I ordered one from you that day and it showed "shipped" on Monday. It was due here today (Wednesday). I checked UPS status several times but it didn't seem to be shipping. Yesterday late afternoon, I called and spoke with one of your customer service reps. He looked at the order and figured out that the lamp without housing that I ordered had been backordered and might not be in for two weeks. He said you did have the lamp with housing and he could ship it out immediately by overnight service at no cost so I would still receive it today.

The lamp arrived awhile ago and it took about one minute to install it. Not only did it arrive as promised and work perfectly but you included a return UPS label to return the old bulb for recycling. I am very impressed and pleased.
