6. ORDERING – You may place an order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the internet. You may also place an order over the phone by calling (866) 764-5822, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Pacific Time. Orders placed weekdays by 4pm Pacific time will be shipped the same day.
7. ORDER CHANGES: We fill our orders extremely quickly so if you want to make a change you must contact us as soon as possible. During business hours we routinely process orders and place them with the courier within hours of receipt of the order.
8. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: You must inspect your package upon delivery. If a damaged package is delivered please contact us immediately (latest within 24 hours). If a package is damaged or lost in transit we will replace it immediately.
9. WARRANTY: DLP and LCD television lamps carry a 1-year replacement warranty and front projector lamps carry a 90-day warranty. The warranties cover any defect in the lamp not caused by the owner. The TV lamp warranty is valid for the one year period following the date of purchase and the projector lamp warranty is valid for 90 days following the date of purchase. . To file a claim for a replacement lamp under warranty you must return the defective lamp to us accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Warranty claims are processed upon receipt of the defective lamp and RMA form.
